At Bonnabel Haus Properties, community involvement shows up in the little things — the everyday decisions that quietly add up. We focus on practical, repeatable ways to support the people, organizations, and places connected to the homes we manage, whether that’s reducing waste, pitching in where help is needed, or supporting efforts already doing good work. The programs below reflect how we put these values into action in a way that feels genuine, sustainable, and human.

One of the ways we bring this philosophy to life in McCall is through our Sip. Swap. Smile. mug program.
In select homes, guests will find mugs sourced from McCall nonprofit thrift stores. These mugs support local organizations, reduce waste, and invite guests into a small shared tradition.

Either choice keeps the impact local.

Members of our team volunteer as ambassadors at Brundage Mountain Resort, helping welcome visitors, support events, and contribute to a positive experience on the mountain.
This role allows us to participate directly in the local recreation community and support a place that plays a meaningful role in McCall’s character and economy.
When linens are retired from our homes, they don’t go to waste. Instead, we donate them to local veterinarians and animal shelters whenever possible.
These organizations rely heavily on durable, reusable textiles for animal care, recovery, and daily operations. By redirecting gently used linens, we help reduce waste while supporting essential community services that often operate with limited resources.
This program reflects a core belief of ours: stewardship isn’t just about maintaining homes — it’s about making thoughtful choices with the resources entrusted to us.
