Hi y'all, I’m Virginia, the proud owner of Bonnabel Haus Properties. My journey into property management began with a strong passion for real estate, hospitality, and design, all underpinned by my Economics degree in International Trade and Finance from LSU. Originally from Louisiana, I’ve always enjoyed creating welcoming spaces that feel like home.
I have a love for travel and adventure, which has greatly influenced my approach to property management. Whether exploring new destinations or enjoying the great outdoors, my giant chocolate lab, Roux Ga Roux, is always by my side. These experiences have taught me the importance of comfort and warmth, values I bring to every property I manage.
I first launched my property management business in Louisiana, where I developed a hands-on, personalized approach that sets Bonnabel Haus Properties apart. My experience as a personal assistant to a high-profile professional sharpened my ability to manage complex tasks with precision and care, reinforcing my commitment to helping others enjoy the benefits of short-term rentals without the stress.
After years of dreaming, I finally moved to McCall, Idaho, and expanded Bonnabel Haus Properties to serve this beautiful region. My goal has always been to treat every property as if it were my own, ensuring that both owners and guests feel valued and cared for.
Today, I’m proud to offer our services across Louisiana and Idaho, spreading the joy of hospitality and helping property owners achieve their financial goals while providing guests with memorable, comfortable stays. We’re excited to introduce Aubree’, who is not only our Property Services Coordinator, but also my sister - and someone who brings a unique perspective, thoughtful approach, and deep appreciation for the world around her to our team. Long before Bonnabel Haus Properties began to grow into what it is today, family has always been at the center of who we are, and having my own sister join me on this journey has made building this business even more meaningful.
Aubree’ has always had a deep connection with nature, which led her to earn a degree in Wildlife Ecology and pursue a career as a state biologist. Her education and professional experience gave her the opportunity to work closely with plants, wildlife, and the environment—areas she has always been passionate about. That background continues to shape the way she approaches her work today, bringing a level of awareness and care that is uniquely her own.
When Aubree’ had her first baby, she made the wonderful decision to focus on spending as much time with him as possible. As Bonnabel Haus Properties continued to grow, we recognized an opportunity for her to become part of the business in a way that allowed her to bring her experience and passions with her. Knowing Aubree’ and the perspective she could bring to our properties, I knew she would be a natural addition to the team.
As our Property Services Coordinator, Aubree’ brings her love for plants, wildlife, and the environment into every aspect of her work. Her background in ecology gives her a thoughtful perspective when it comes to caring for the properties we manage, while her genuine appreciation for the natural world adds something special to the way we approach our spaces.

Operations Coordinator
We weren't kidding when we said Bonnabel Haus Properties is a family affair! We're excited to introduce Mandy, another member of the family and an integral part of our growing team. Mandy helps oversee the day-to-day operations of Bonnabel Haus Properties, combining creativity, organization, and a passion for hospitality to ensure every homeowner and guest has an exceptional experience.
Mandy earned her degree in Theatre from Northwestern State University of Louisiana, where she further developed her love for storytelling, collaboration, and creating meaningful experiences. While theatre and property management may seem like very different worlds, the skills she gained—communication, adaptability, attention to detail, and thinking on her feet—have proven invaluable in the hospitality industry. She later built her career in event planning, operations, and guest experience, discovering a passion for creating systems that keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes.
From developing processes and coordinating operations to supporting homeowners and enhancing the guest experience, Mandy enjoys finding creative solutions and believes it's the little details that make the biggest impact. Her goal is to help create stress-free experiences for property owners while ensuring every guest feels welcomed, comfortable, and right at home.
Outside of work, Mandy enjoys traveling, exploring new places, spending time with family and friends, tackling organization projects, and making memories with her pets. She's always looking for new ways to learn, grow, and improve the experience for everyone she works with.
